Build a Butterfly

Today I am sharing a quick card, using the Build A Butterfly die set. There is very little stamping involved... only on the greeting. Everyone has some dsp that they want to use up, and this is a great way to use some.

Sweet Songbirds meets Slimline card

Hello! How is the world treating you today? It's going to be a hot, muggy day here in south western Ontario!

Today I am sharing a slimline card using the Sweet Songbird Stamp set and co- ordinating punch. These slim cards really appeal to me.

Butterfly Kisses meets Parakeet Party

Hey there! So glad you came back!

Today I am sharing a Pinterest Inspired card, using the oh so colorful Parakeet Party, an In- colour for 2022-2024, and the delightful, fun, Butterfly Kisses DSP. Just changing up the DSP gives the card a totally different look.

Sending Smiles with Daffodil Delight

I am really loving this Sending Smiles stamp set and dies. As you know, I love a layered card, and this one suits the bill. I embossed the white piece, added a small piece of retired dsp, and then layered Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, and Basic white card stock. I stamped my flower with Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, and the center of the flower with Soft Suede. The flower was cut out using the dies, and popped up using Dimensionals. My sentiment is from the same stamp set, and the die for sentiment from the dies. The ribbon, in Old Olive is long retired!

Friends are Like Seashells

Hello all, 

Glad you stopped by to have a look! Today's card is made, following a tic tac toe challenge, we were recently given in a swap I participate in. I chose, Feminine, Friendship and Square, to make my card. I am loving, as I call them, In the water cards. Many components complete this square card. Some current and some retired. I used the Seashells 3D embossing folder, and then trimmed out the part I wanted on my card. The Seaside Seashells die was used and again I trimmed out what I wanted. Beautiful retired dsp helped me out. Blushing Bride cardstock is the colour choice, and a retired Embossing folder made the Gorgeous background. The little Seahorse is retired, and my greeting is from Friends are Like Seashells. I love the greeting, it is so true! How do you think I did?

Happy 12th Birthday!

Today is the day I celebrate two things!  Becoming a grandma and celebrating Weston's 12th birthday! So thankful to be able to celebrate him yesterday!
